Lions Club of West Chicago announce its 2012 Scholarship programThe Lions Club of West Chicago is pleased to announce its Human Services Scholarship program for the graduating class of 2012. Lions Clubs International Century of Service Commemorative CoinThe Lions Clubs International Silver Dollar is a commemorative coin program for 2017 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of Lions Clubs International (LCI) by Melvin Jones in 1917.Coins will be issued in a quantity of up to 400,000 $1 coins by the U.S. Mint. A $10 surcharge will be added to the price of each coin and distributed to the Lions Clubs International Foundation to further its programs for the visually impaired, the disabled, youth and those affected by a major disaster.
